Refund policy
Nordikido has a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your clothes and accessories to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we will cover the return shipping cost if the items are damaged. We do not cover the shipping cost for size exchanges or if you change your mind about your purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with photo proof if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In cases of defects, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchange Policy:
Due to the high cost of international shipping and duties, we’re unable to offer exchanges for items that don’t fit as expected or for personal preference. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. Our unisex apparel is based on women’s sizing; men are required to size up at least one size. For a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up two sizes.
Missing Shipment (Yet Marked as Delivered):
Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but the customer says they haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
Customers should reach out to the carrier and ask for additional information about the shipment. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch."
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
In addition to the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
